A variety of tender plants can be enjoyed year round in our gardens in summer, and brought indoors in winter. This presentation deals with ‘how-to’ make the most of favorites such as geraniums, coleus, hibiscus, amaryllis, rhododendron, herbs, ferns, succulents, orchids, miniature roses, palms, bird of paradise, dwarf fruit trees, carnivorous plants and others with respect to transitions, summer and winter care requirements, propagation, and re-blooming. Recommended for the Intermediate Gardener.
Dr. Eva Pip is an expert in water quality and toxicology, and has taught university courses in botany, and plant ecology and physiologyy for the past 40 years.
