Session 3 – Time: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Learn from three experts, Kelly Leask (Prairie Originals), Kelley Liebzeit (Whyte Ridge Butterfly Garden), and John P. Morgan (Prairie Habitats), about the many colorful, well-behaved, and easy-to-care-for native plants that you can incorporate into your garden. Not only will these prairie natives add beauty, they will also make your yard into a haven for birds, butterflies, bees, and other pollinators.
Kelly Leask is the manager of Prairie Originals, a native plant nursery that specializes in Manitoba wildflowers, grasses and shrubs. She is excited about gardening with a focus on reconciliation ecology. Kelly is a master composter, a seed saver and a member of the Board of Directors of Gardens Manitoba. firstname.lastname@example.org

Both her personal garden and the Whyte Ridge Butterfly Garden are Monarch Way Station certified. She is responsible for the design, ordering, and installation of native plants at the Whyte Ridge Butterfly Garden. email@example.com
