A Word From Gardens Manitoba’s President & Event Chair
Though the snow will still be here for awhile longer, we’re already getting ready for another great Gardening Saturday event! This year, we’re changing the venue back to its original home and naming the theme “Back to our Roots.”
Gardening Saturday 2018 will offer 12 educational workshops led by local gardening experts and enthusiasts. You’ll be able to interact with many different gardening organizations and find new gardening clubs that suit your interests. We also have some great new ideas this year, such as a free screening of “Puttin’ Down Roots,”a documentary about spring in Manitoba that features local nursery Prairie Originals. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
